Explain the result before asking for action.
1. Write the result
Give each outcome a meaningful title, a plain-language explanation and useful next steps. Connect recommendations to the answers rather than promising the same outcome to everyone.
2. Customize the presentation
Use the result and report design controls to configure the available sections, colors and content. Check every outcome, including score boundaries and missing optional answers.
3. Check the action
Use a relevant product, booking or next-step link. Verify that it opens the intended destination. Do not treat an offer click as a confirmed sale. Test report downloads separately from the on-screen result.
