Show different content for different results
Add relevant sections without making every report identical.
1. Choose a section
Use result sections to add the available content, image, video, FAQ, testimonial or action sections. Give each section a clear purpose. Use customer quotes only with permission.
2. Set when it appears
Use the section condition to show it for the intended result or within a score range. For score conditions, choose the overall score or a category and enter minimum and maximum percentages. Both endpoints are included.
3. Example
A score range of 0–39 can show a foundation-building explanation, while a higher range can offer more advanced steps. Make sure ranges do not accidentally overlap if you want mutually exclusive advice. Sections can be hidden when there are not enough scored answers.
4. Verify
Preview or generate outcomes on both sides of each boundary. Check that the intended content and destination links appear, and that people with missing information do not receive unsupported conclusions.
