Troubleshooting
Using Pippi AI support
Understand what the chat can and cannot do.
1. Open a conversation
Choose Ask Pippi at the bottom left of a Pippi product page. Describe what you are trying to do and the section you are using. Minimize to return to your work, then reopen to continue. Escape also closes the panel.
2. Use the guides
The assistant uses the published Pippi guide and links to its source articles. Follow those links to read the complete steps. Guides are public; AI chat requires sign-in. If AI is unavailable, use search and the suggested articles.
3. Protect your information
The question and recent conversation are sent to Google to generate an answer. Do not include passwords, API keys, recovery links or customer details. Chat is kept in page memory and clears on reload; it is not a support-ticket archive.
4. Know the limits
This is AI, not a live employee. It cannot inspect your account, make changes, create a ticket, verify email delivery or promise a response from a person. If the documentation is insufficient, treat the answer as incomplete and use your established contact with the product team.
