Build your quiz

Write questions that earn the next step

Make the experience relevant without pressure.

1. Start with the visitor’s goal

Ask what they want to accomplish in their own terms. Follow with their current situation, constraints and preferences. Each answer should improve the result or recommendation.

2. Keep choices honest

Give distinct alternatives, including an appropriate not-sure or not-applicable option. Avoid implying that every visitor has the same problem or is ready to buy. Do not score uncertain answers as confident evidence.

3. Connect the result to the answers

Explain why the recommendation fits, include practical advice and offer a relevant next action. Avoid promises you cannot support or disguising a sales offer as an independent diagnosis.

4. Test comprehension

Ask a new person to build and complete the quiz without coaching. Note unclear questions and moments where they cannot find the next action. Use feedback and actual completion evidence rather than assuming persuasive wording improves conversion.
