Branching and the Conversation Studio
Keep the journey relevant and understandable.
1. Create a branch
Use logic rules to show, hide or jump based on an earlier answer. Give each branch a sensible destination. Avoid loops and references to deleted questions.
2. Review the journey
Open Conversation Studio to see the question journey together. Use it to identify disconnected results, unnecessary questions and routes that do not serve the visitor’s goal.
3. Test every route
Answer the quiz as different visitor types. Change an earlier answer and confirm later fields and results update correctly. Test grouped pages with conditional fields as well as single-question presentation.
