Account and publishing

Preview, Saved and Published mean different things

Make sure you are testing the intended version.

1. Saved

Saved means the editor has acknowledged saving the draft. A guest browser backup is different and is tied to that device. Keep the tab open if saving fails.

2. Preview

Preview is for checking the draft experience. It is not the public share link and is not evidence that real visitor responses, analytics, email or integrations work in production.

3. Published

Publishing makes the saved release available through its public link. Later edits may remain unpublished until you publish again. Read the publication status and wait for confirmation before sharing.

4. Practical check

Change a test title, save and preview it. Publish, then open the public link separately to confirm the title. Submit synthetic data and check Results. If preview works but sharing fails, start with publication status and the public URL.
