Sign-up, confirmation and password recovery
Recover access without losing your draft.
1. Create an account
Use a valid email address and complete the account form. If confirmation is required, check Inbox and Junk and use the newest confirmation email. Keep your draft tab open until it is saved to the account.
2. Reset a password
Use the password recovery option on the login page. Open the newest reset message and complete the reset flow. Old links may expire or already have been used.
3. Still blocked
Check the address spelling and avoid repeated requests. Describe the error and approximate time to support, without including your password, reset link or access token. The AI assistant cannot confirm your account or reset your password.
